This website does not sell products, subscriptions, or services directly. There are no checkout flows, payment buttons, or purchase mechanisms on this site.
This is a portfolio and contact point. If you're here, you're exploring work or considering reaching out. Both are free.
Project Engagements Are Agreed Separately
Any paid engagement (development project, consulting session, ongoing retainer) is set up through a separate written agreement between both parties.
Payment terms, deliverable schedules, milestones, and any deposit or installment structure are all defined clearly in that agreement before any work begins. Nothing is assumed or implied.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the terms outlined in the signed project agreement. The specifics depend on the nature of the work, the project phase, and what has already been completed or delivered.
As a general guideline: Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable. Unused deposits or advance payments may be refunded depending on the agreement terms. If a project is cancelled partway through, a fair settlement is worked out based on completed milestones.
Every situation is handled professionally and in good faith.
Handling Disputes
If there's ever a concern about a payment or delivery, the first step is always a direct conversation. Most issues are resolved quickly and fairly without formality.
If a formal resolution is needed, it will follow the process defined in the signed agreement. The governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the Terms & Conditions.
